The first time I stepped into Mason Music I was surprised at how genuinely happy and friendly everyone was. From the time each student arrives until they leave, Mason strives to create a welcome environment conducive to learning. And the best part is that all of the hard stuff is taken care of by our capable staff so I get to focus on the fun part: teaching and making music.

Mason Music is an amazing place to teach. As teachers, we know that we have the support system needed to help our students succeed in achieving their musical goals. As performing and working artists, Mason Music gives us the freedom and support to pursue our own individual careers as well. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Mason Music has been a place of growth for me. I have been surrounded by people who challenge me to be better each day for myself, my students, and my peers. These same people have encouraged and walked alongside me as I step into a new role in the company, and have been a rock in that time of change. This place is truly a family that cares for you and wants you to be the best that you can be.

Mason Music has the best work environment, community atmosphere, and team spirit of anywhere I've been employed. Everyday, I get to see students of all ages take steps forward on their musical journey. I love partnering with our teaching team, working together to make musicians in our community.

I love what I get to do and, more importantly, the people I get to do it with. The teachers and staff are some of the coolest, hard-working people who genuinely care about the students that walk in our doors each day. Mason Music is truly a family and I couldn't be prouder to be a member.

My experience teaching at Mason Music has truly been life-changing. Every person on staff is treated like family instead of an employee. The environment encourages one to embrace the passion of music and genuinely connect with those who walk through those doors. It's a beautiful opportunity and a real pleasure to be part of this atmosphere that truly puts people first.
